Everyone that has seen my vehicle are shocked that it was returned this way. I could have signed a waiver that there would be no warranty but to return my vehicle worse than what it was by your own negligence is bad business.

You called and told me my vehicle had a recall on paint yet you took zero precautions to tape my window. You returned my vehicle with visible significant paint removed and did nothing to remedy it. Your negligence caused the damage and you did not correct the damage you caused. Bad business.

I did not like the location however the lady at the desk was very kind and made me comfortable. I am big on service and it was a good first impression. My rep was also kind and I hate to even give a low rating but he never spoke to the insurance rep about the damage Caliber caused. He only mentioned to the insurance rep about the initial painting by the door lock. The rep denied due to recall however again he never mentioned the paint that was removed by Caliber. He only took pictures after I came and expressed my disappointment.

Excellent job overall, but the color match on the bumper was not exact. I’m a little disappointed but overall, an excellent job on quality and I will definitely go back to caliber
