Caliber Collision not just did a fabulous job in bringing my vehicle back to life, but felt like I had just bought a new car, because they cleaned my vehicle from the inside and out!!!! The job they done is by far the best bodywork I ever seen compared to other body shops, and the my estimator Scott was very knowledgeable of my repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. By the way the people who knew about my incident could not believe how fast caliber collision fixed my vehicle, they thought the company had elf’s there that work all night. The repair turn around was so fast!!!

A couple of things. Scott was very professional and courteous. Very pleasant. However upon getting in the car, he had the air turned on. I’m assuming it has just been sitting and getting the repair done but it never got colder as I was driving. My air worked completely fine before dropping it off. I live about 10-15 minutes from Caliber and it has never taken my air long to get cold. Secondly, upon parking and inspecting the paint job, there is bubbling along the edges. You can clearly tell there was a rush job. This is my second time dealing with Caliber but my first time dealing with this one. I have always had a good experience but this one has rubbed me the wrong way. I tried to call but realized it was after 5:30.

Please note that this is my first time using Calvert collision. It certainly won’t be my last for 2 very important reasons. The repair job was perfectly done and in a very timely manner.. secondly and most importantly- Caitlin! Her welcoming nature, thorough walk through of the process and constantly making one feel the top priority.
