They were wonderful from beginning to end. I received regular (daily to every few days) updates about the progress of my car repair. That was very helpful.

The owner is a wonderful man who knows how to translate his extensive knowledge to where the average person can understand. More importantly, he is empathetic to how people might be dealing with their car being out of commission.
