The customer service is wonderful and the car was completed sooner than you originally anticipated. I was not thrilled with the way the paint appears almost bubbled on the top of the bumper. It is not flat. The other paint does not look like this. I mentioned to Shelli and she stated you have to use the paint the national office provides. She said I could come back and see if it buffs out. I don’t understand why your head office would use inferior paint and not identically match the original. Otherwise, good job Shelli and Melissa. It is apparent you care about your customers. You also did some bidding of surface scratches, which I completely appreciate. Thank you,

The team were very flexible with facilitating my repair. I was also happy to get my vehicle back sooner than planned. I was happy they took care of checking in my rental car so I didn’t have to bounce back and forth. They also washed my car! That was a nice surprise. The whole process was stress free, and that made being without my car a bit easier. Thank you!
