My Advisor Scott Hayes went above and beyond my expectations he was courteous, knowledgeable, customer oriented. He kept me informed throughout the repairs, plus he is a good guy! Melissa is a rare treat. Unlike many who are bored with their jobs and totally disinterested in the customer, Melissa appears to like her job, is good at it, and very interested in taking care of a customer in a friendly way. Not my first work by Caliber, it has another top notch repair and personal service. Thanks

Backup camera is not working properly and having to arrange to bring it back to have it fixed and ultimately pick it up burns a couple hours of my time that could have been spent with family or working.

Shelly the coordinator was professional and was updating the status on my car promptly. Price transparency was the best part. Though I had a small issue with the rare wipers, shelly quickly responded and got it fixed. As recommended all parts were OEMs and quality of service was too good.
