The fit of the repair is terrible. I will be letting my insurance company know of the poor fit. I have an issue when I am told that the replacement bumper probably had too much plastic as a reason why it dose not fit properly and when one can look at the lift gate and see the vehicle has been hit.

I really objected to the long wait time to 1) get an appointment for an estimate, 2) schedule a time to drop off car after estimate. Desk was unappologetic

Everyone was nice. I think the insur companies need to communicate the customer names to the shop though. The desk didn't know our name.
