The drop-off "appointment" was not attended promptly by Caliber team or Enterprise rental associate. The appointment took 45 minutes rather than the anticipated 15 or so due to wait time - very annoying.

The newly painted area finish is not Nearly as smooth and slick as the areas whi h were not painted, this car has less than 10,000 miles, I expected a better finiish. Thank you
