I have driven & inspected the quality of work for a couple of weeks. Now I am ready to tell you what I think. I had my douhts that anyone could fix the damage to the side of my Acura MDX. Great!! Dan emailed me with their progress report. There was Allot of damage! It took 4 or 5 weeks to get it rite, but it was well worth the wait.

completion date was pushed back after already having the car 3 weeks. On Friday when the car was said to be completed, the car was not completed but I was not contacted and therefore put me in a bad position when it could have been avoided by letting me know what was going on. Overall, the work on the car looks great, I just wish that communication was a little better and that the car had been done on time.

The customer service was great by everyone I made contact with. I was kept up to date on repairs being made and due date. However, the alignment is off and pulls to the right,one of the headlight aren't working (not the wrecked side) but was working prior to accident and the panel on driver side door that controls the mirrors is not working properly. I can hear the motor in the door running but the mirrors don't move. Other than that my vehicle looks great and I'm happy with services provided. Thank you Michelle Alexander
