Very dissatisfied. Clear coat not blended properly, bolts left loose, missing center cap, hood not straight, driver fender not repaired, ac not recharged properly, bumper and or brackets not lined up properly, left headliner with greasy fingerprints, rear license plate missing bolts even thought it shouldn't have been removed. Probably more I'm forgetting

I received a text that the vehicle was ready. Within an hour of receiving the text I went to pick it up and the paperwork was not ready. So I had to wait. It would have been better to send a text after vehicle and paper work was ready

I was very impressed with how kindly and thoroughly they updated me on the overall progress of my vehicle. All the staff were extremely friendly, and my assigned case manager treated me with great kindness and provided detailed information. I haven't noticed any issues with the car so far, and I believe the repairs were done well.
