Tech came out questioning my integrity because I went back and asked about a mirror. At no point did I accuse anyone just questioned. Then he proceeded saying if I’m an honest person this and that or that I’m trying to get insurance to pay off my mirror followed by yelling and cursing.

The process was made easy for me and Shafek kept me abreast of the repairs. After showing the work that was done, I found that my car was washed and vacuumed. I have a back and it’s hard for me bend. Shafek was great, he took care of everything and my repairs easy for me. The girls in the office were pleasant and professional. I even had my washed and vacuumed. I just moved here and came with a car filled with my stuff so it was dirty and I was too busy settling in. Kudos to everyone . My experience great!
