When I arrived to drop off my car none of the authorizations were called in and my appointment was made a week before. Upon arriving to pick up my car I had to wait over 45 minutes to sign paperwork and receive my keys.

No need to contact me. I would Just like to tell you why I was not totally thrilled with my exerience at Caliber. When I went to pick up my car there were actually new scratches in the paint, done during repair. Also, the muffler that was replaced had a cut tailpipe that was left jagged and did not match the pipe on the other side. The car was left an additonal day to address these issues. Upon completion everything looked good. However, once I got home I realized the whole back inside of the car had never been cleaned and there was fine white dust on everything as well as several grease marks. I will say that Todd (do not know his last name) was at least curtious and did not grumble when I asked him to fix the scratched paint and muffler and just got it done.

In the end the actualy body work was good, but it took two tries and the lack of cleaning was not a plus
