We are totally satisfied from the first time we walked in the door. Everyone was very nice and cordial. We were kept informed of the progress of our repair. We were notified when it was complete and we could pickup the Mini. We were estatic over how great the repair was completed and the car was totally cleaned! Great Job!

Initially, I was told it would take 5 days. My car was there 16 days. Supposedly, Audi sent multiple wrong parts on two items to be replaced. Also I waited for an hour and twenty minutes to get my Enterprise rental car on the day I checked my car in. Several people who came in after me left in their rental cars before I was helped. The repair work looks very good!
