The tire was not balanced when mounted. There is a scraping noise when turning right. The steering is very tight and hard. The steering wheel shakes. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed! The work is absolutely horrible. The only good this is the body work, so far. Hopefully the paint does not chip. I took the car to the place where I had my tires installed because I get free balances for the life of the tires. I was told the tire had not been balanced at all. However it's on my paperwork that it has been. I doubt an alignment has even been done. However the thing that really made me angry, was that everything that had been inside the car was taken out of the car, and stuffed either in the center console. The dashboard. Or the trunk. Also my wife's picture was taken off of my rear view mirror and stuffed in the ashtray. WHY THE HELL WAS ALL OF THAT NECESSARY? Especially taking my wife's picture off of my rearview mirror? It was all body work, so who thought it was their business to rearrange the inside of my car, and take my wife's picture down?!?! I will never recommend this body shop to ANYONE. NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

The people have been great. The workmanship was good but not great. If I'm supposed to have a car that is exactly like what I had before the hit-n-run, then I can't say I'm completely satisfied- satisfied, but completely.
