I had the best experience with Caliber! Someone hit my car and I took it here for repairs. They were very communicative and sent updates for each stage of my car being repaired. I worked with Amanda throughout this process and she was amazing. She was so sweet and incredibly helpful! I have never experienced dealing with collisions/repairs so I had no idea what to expect, but she was so patient with me and answered every question I had. I will absolutely bring my car to Caliber again if I need any assistance in the future.

From the minute I got there to begin the service repairs to the minute I picked it up once repairs were done I was treated wonderfully. Andy, Tamara Zoey and Andrew top notch service. I would come back again and again whenever I need to have some repairs done because they were thorough and gave me quality service and my vehicle is also in quality shape. My husband and I were particularly concerned about the use of non-OEM parts, and I believe he already discussed this with you during your phone call. We were assured that OEM parts would be used, so it was disappointing to learn that this was not fulfilled. If we had been informed from the beginning that non-OEM parts would be used, or that your policy allowed the use of aftermarket parts, I would have chosen to have my car repaired elsewhere where I felt more confident and satisfied with the service. I understand that state law may permit the use of aftermarket parts, but that does not change my expectations or my satisfaction as a customer. I have always preferred original parts for my vehicle, and I hope you can understand why this is so important to me.
