Tim was extremely professional. He kept me up to date on every step of the process. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a bit of waxy material on my car. He went back into the shop and cleaned it up / rebuffed the area. I was impressed with Tim and the care of my vehicle.

This was the most seamless process I’ve been through with anything recently! Your shop was amazing at informing me about the repair process from the moment I called to inquire the first time. From then, the drop off was so easy, and they called for the car rental company to pick me up. Austin kept me informed throughout the entire process, which was SO helpful! It was so nice to receive updates as they had them! Everyone was so kind, professional, and extremely helpful. 100% would use this company again if it became necessary!

In my opinion the service was quick and efficient. I especially loved how Enterprise (the rental car company) came to me and how I was able to drop my car off at Caliber once I was done. Everything was convenient and I didn’t have to stress too much which for me was really important. My 1 year old was with me most of the time and they accommodated her as well.
