My experience with Caliber was top-notch! Tamara was professional and efficient in keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs via frequent text messages. Through Tamara's care and attention to details regarding the repair work, it was very clear that Caliber's goal was to provide me with the best possible outcome - which they did. The repair work was perfect in every way. From the exact match of my paint color to the delivery of a very clean car, there was no evidence that an accident had ever occurred. What started out as an annoyingly inconvenient hit and run incident, ended with a very pleasant experience with Caliber!

it was a quick repair and done in two business days early from the original estimated completion date. they also gave me updates along the way which I appreciated. in addition they buffed out some scratches that were not part of the repair estimate. they made it easy for my son to rent the car from enterprise also. this is the 2nd time using caliber and continue to be pleased with the outstanding service!

I appreciated that the team was able to begin work on my car almost immediately. They kept me informed with a text message or a phone call every few days and I never had to question how things were progressing. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. They took good care of my Corvette stingray while it was in storage and when I picked it up, it looked as good as new. I can’t ask for a better group of people to work on my vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future. My wife has work to be done on her Genesis and I’m planning to take it to Caliber Collision to have the work completed.
