it was a quick repair and done in two business days early from the original estimated completion date. they also gave me updates along the way which I appreciated. in addition they buffed out some scratches that were not part of the repair estimate. they made it easy for my son to rent the car from enterprise also. this is the 2nd time using caliber and continue to be pleased with the outstanding service!

I appreciated that the team was able to begin work on my car almost immediately. They kept me informed with a text message or a phone call every few days and I never had to question how things were progressing. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. They took good care of my Corvette stingray while it was in storage and when I picked it up, it looked as good as new. I can’t ask for a better group of people to work on my vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future. My wife has work to be done on her Genesis and I’m planning to take it to Caliber Collision to have the work completed.

It’s hard to do business with you. No one answers the phone, no one told me my part arrived. Going in person to check on the part involved several people. And now my car makes a noise it didn’t before the repair.
