Color is not matched correctly. Grill pieces are flapping around. Bumper is not fastened correctly or entirely. Sensors are not calibrated correctly. Bumper and valance are not level. Was done past the time I was informed it was “completed”

Used the Caliber shop in Harrisburg NC for the repair of my 2025 Nissan Sentra. Anthony was my contact person during the repair process and he did a great job keeping me informed. The paint match up and body panels fit up were perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the quality.

I just picked my car up from Caliber Collision and I’m honestly so happy with the results. From the beginning of the process all the way to the end, everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. I was stressed after the accident because my car is still so new to me, and I was worried it would never look the same again. But the team at Caliber Collision really did an amazing job and made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. I especially want to thank Tamara because she had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. Even when parts were delayed, she stayed patient, professional, and reassuring the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants people to feel comfortable during a stressful situation. When I finally saw my car after the repairs, I was honestly shocked. It literally does not even look like I was ever in an accident. The paint matches perfectly, everything looks smooth and brand new again, and my car drives great. They paid attention to every detail and brought my car back looking like it just came off the dealership lot. I’m extremely thankful for all the hard work they put into it.
