Caliber Collision did an excellent job on my car, they gave me an estimated date on when my car will be ready and they also kept me updated on the process from start to finish. Chris from Caliber Collision was very helpful answered all of our questions and I even got my car a day before the date they gave me.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. My estimator, Sibraim, kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I never had to worry about anything. Everything was clearly explained, and all expectations were met, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated that someone was able to pick me up and bring me to the location, so I didn’t have to worry about finding a ride. That extra level of customer service was extremely helpful and convenient. Most importantly, my car looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!

Well done Caliber Collision Team at the Hemet location. Sibraim Victorin was the estimator for the repairs on my Chevy Cruze. I want to give a special thank you to Sibraim who kept me informed of each step of the repairs and made sure it came back to me "in pre-accident" condition. Paint job is perfect and being detailed before I picked it up made "Little Cruze" look brand new! The staff are all professional and again thanks for a great job by all involved!
