I just wanted to let you know. I had a great experience. I dealt with Caliber Collision when my children were little and you're still pretty great. The only thing that I want to address is it would've felt a lot better to have Alex, who checked me to have him be the one to go through the damage repair when I picked my car up. I think that would have been more of a personal touch. Dealing with the same person through the whole process makes me feel more comfortable. If that makes sense. 😊 Again thank you,... you guys were great‼️

Palm spring caliber put my vehicle on the road in a dangerous and hazardous condition when they told me it was safe. I had to threaten litigation and use my insurance carrier to compel proper repair. Down to the last second palm springs tried to hide their misconduct. I will tell people with my photographs to run away as fast as they can from this office. I'm giving serious consideration to uploading these photographs and video to each Google caliber map review. I'd suggest you investigate.
