Hector did an amazing job! We had a deer accident happened in another state and we took our car to the Caliber Collision near there for repairs, but the hood and the ac compressor were not properly installed. We came back to our Caliber location here. Hector examined our car and noticed the repairs were off and redid what needed to be done. He was very detailed. Our hood is now better aligned and our ac is running again properly. Appreciate the work!

The repairs look well done, and the seal on the door is like brand new. The only possible comlaint is that I asked about the headlights(which was addressed, and I am grateful for that), but I had also asked about some bad paint spots that had shown up after we purchased Mike to see if I could pay for the repair while it was already in the shop for the accident, and that was never addressed.

I dropped off my car here at the highland Indiana location due to an accident. I proceeded too look for the best repair place near me and without a doubt THE BEST. Very quick and hassle free. I especially like how they’re updating you on repairs every two days and the day of pickup super quick and easy would most certainly be back again for any future repairs. 4/27/26
