The estimator, the front desk, and the crew all took exceptional care of my sedan. I was really surprised about how well I received it back in such a great condition. You can tell the employees definitely take care of clients at Caliber Collision. I enjoyed the updates texted to me the most and the repairs done were completed quickly.

Not happy with the repair I paid extra for. Clear coat doesn’t look smooth almost bubbly looking. Also didn’t even wash it before giving it back.

Very unhappy, I paid $120 extra to have a spot fixed on my door that was extra and the clear coat is uneven and very blotchy. However the work from the insurance was done great so that was good. Last, they didn’t even wash or wax it before giving it back. I’ve had work done in the past and even relatives all said when they had body work done the shop always washed and waxed before getting it back. 2/10 only because the work covered under insurance was done well

Excellent customer service from the beginning until the end. Ryonna and Sherri were both very professional and made this an easy fix. My car looks like new and I was even more impressed by Nate’s interior detail. My car was kinda a wreck when dropped off. Accidents are tough and for this very busy mom of a 6yr old to see my car neatly returned to me was a game changer. I literally called back to find out the names of all involved because they deserve recognition for job well done. I will definitely be sharing this company with others. They all deserve a nice gas gift card from the owner. Not some random lunch like most companies will do. Something that actually means something to their bottom line. These individuals are the face of your company and doing an excellent job which is hard in this very competitive. Just so happen I actually write reviews good and bad in Google and Yelp. Keep it up, you never know who you are helping out.
