Caliber was professional from start to finish. They were kind, efficient, and did great work. And they finished ahead of schedule. They kept me informed the whole time. Caliber did a great job repairing the front of my vehicle. They were efficient and even finished a day early. Customer service was fantastic, starting with Sherri at the front desk and Amanda, who handled my repair. Both were awesome through the process. Super pleased. Would highly recommend the Highland location. They're friendly, keep you informed and do great work!

The first thing was that I had a quote for $5,000 for repair but after I dropped car off quote went up to more than $10,000. Second it took caliber over a month to make repairs. For a American car especially popular ones like a Dodge Durango I feel it shouldn't take so much time to get the parts. And if that was the case that the part was going to take weeks to get I feel that vehicle should have been reassembled and we should have had the option to just bring it back once parts became available because the car was still drivable.

They did good work and got the car back ahead of schedule. However, I did have to take it back to be fixed as the grill was placed crooked and there was some paint that was noticeably smudged. After bringing it back to be fixed the first time I had to bring it back again, because there were two clips missing.
