Had a great experience here that was made seamless. I'm lucky that the guy who hit me admitted fault immediately and we both carry the same car insurance. I drove my damaged car to this shop and enterprise met me there for a rental pick up. About a week later, I came back to pick up my car and drop off the rental and everything looks significantly better! I noticed that one of the license plates frame was damaged in the process of repairing my car so I brought it to caliber's attention and they took me to AutoZone to buy a new one. They also made sure to give my car a wash before I picked it up. Excellent service would definitely return and highly recommend.

Carlos was absolutely fantastic. Was very easy to communicate with, got me my car way earlier than expected and worked on the weekend to get it to me earlier! Helped explain the rate for my offer and ensure that I would come back to Caliber again.
