I liked the service, and the repair was done reasonably. However, I had to wait for over two hours without being arranged to be picked up for the rental vehicle, and was also promised that minor details would be taken care of. Upon receiving my car, that was not taken care of. I would suggest that if something will not be taken care, let that not be promised to customer. The paint job has left a small air bubble, not noticeable from far away but can be observed from the closer side. Overall, the service was good, its just some minor things that need to be taken care at the shop.

Overall the experience was good. Gabby was very good at communicating updates and making sure I was satisfied. I take very good care of my car and was told they did their best to keep the vehicle inside when possible which I was extremely happy to hear. I was not able to verify if this action did occur but if this was the case it shows the diligence of the team to ensure a vehicle is treated with the utmost respect. The paint job was good with a few minor defects which would likely go unnoticed to anyone not looking closely and is within reasonable quality in comparison to factory paint.

I think the team did a good job overall. My only critique would be the minor defects in the paint along with the fitting of the aftermarket parts. Some of the aftermarket piece did not seem to be attached as well as I was able to but is reasonable as they are aftermarket and not completely perfect fit.
