The CC I visited in Horizon city Texas has excellent customer services. Gabby made it a point to personally call me to update me on the status. Because I have the Kia app I was able to tell when my doors were opened in the vehicle and quite honestly it was evident the car was worked on consistently. It didn’t sit idle, at all! I would highly recommend the Caliber Collison off Eastlake and no other location because of how great Gabby and everyone at that location treated me. I am glad that the location I initiated my process at was unable to assist me and wiped their hands of my vehicle and sent me to Caliber Collison off Eastlake.
