I had a great experience! The staff gave me updates throughout the whole repair. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I noticed that the hitch cover was loose on the vehicle when I picked it up, so I called and spoke to Chloe and she said to bring it in the next day to have it fitted correctly. I appreciate her time to answer my question and get this fixed. Overall wonderful experience!
