Our service person at Caliber Ms. Claudia was amazing. She did a wonderful job communicating with me to get my parts ordered quickly and make sure the repairs were expedited. Travelers did an awesome job making sure I could get my car repair schedule set up and rental car confirmed. I am so grateful for the service after my unfortunate car accident. Now we just have to be ok driving in this crazy city again. If only we could all just slow down.

I like the work they did on the fender and the fog light but I’m worried about the integrity of the engine mounts being compromised from the impact to the left side of the vehicle.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. Joseline was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time, and Kendall did an excellent job getting my car back in great shape. Smooth process from start to finish. What was supposed to be a 2-week turnaround happened to be a 1-week turnaround!
