Mia and her team provided great communication throughout. The Bumper replacement was done fast and to my surprise my Truck was washed and vacuumed. That detail really made a great impression on me. Thank you Mia and Caliber team!

I could not have been happier with kelvin. He explained clearly up fromt he actually went above and beyond and helped me better understand some unrelated body damage to my car. He got it back to me quickly helped me throughout. I’m genuinely grateful and would use caliber collision anytime. Kelvin is the best!

My experience with Caliber Collision was truly exceptional. Claudia, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. I’m currently recovering from a mild traumatic brain injury, which has made even simple tasks more overwhelming than usual, and I don’t have much of a support system here in Houston. Despite that, Claudia and the team made me feel genuinely supported — almost like family. They took the time to walk me through everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. Their attention to detail was impressive, the work was completed quickly, and everything was spotless and professional. What stood out most was how much care they showed. It didn’t feel like just another transaction — it felt like they truly cared about helping someone through a stressful situation.
