an under the dashboard wire was unplugged and dangling...(figured how to reconnect). Also, the front passenger seatbelt was "unrolled" and couldn't be retracted (Audi fixed it quickly and at no charge, so that too worked out ok).

Claudia was very helpful and accomodating; however, we waited until notified all parts were in to bring out the car for the door to be replaced, yet it took almost a month and meanwhile the rental car cost (over our insurance allowance) was about $1,000, which we had to pay because of the time taken. Not a happy outcome (on top, of course, of our $1,000 deduction, which we expected).

Up until picking up the car everything was great then I called to make sure that the car was complete and it was it was completed on Friday from what I understand and I come Monday morning and they tell me that the car needs to be cleaned and because my schedule at work didn't accommodate picking it up afternoon and working till 7:00 p.m. I called and told Michael that I was on my way to pick it up now at 8:00 in the morning I show up pay everything and he proceeds to tell me that the car needs to be washed and I tell him don't wash the car bring me the car I need to go back to work he leaves for 15 minutes after I told him not to wash the car and washes the car in which case made me late coming back to work after I told them that I would only be gone for less than 30 minutes when I didn't need the car washed and and taking care of I would do it myself he said his supervisor told him that he needed to watch the car
