Claudia Davila helped me. She stayed in constant communication with me and was always easy to get a hold of for any questions. She was always ready with the right answers. I can tell she really pushed to get my truck back as quickly as possible with absolutely no problems at all. She and anyone I talked to at this Caliber location were always nice friendly and smiling. They made the whole process painless. I highly recommend this Caliber location and am DEFINITELY happy Claudia was the one helping me out.

Only snag was getting a text message the morning the repair was completed saying I could pick the car up. When we got there there was still an hour of cleaning to be done. They implied I should have called them to say I was coming....

My car was sent to the astrodome location which i was pretty upset about because I love the employees in alvin and I know they will get the job done right the first time. It took an extremely long time for my car to be finished and when they sent it back to alvin it wasnt even finished. I was hardly updated on what was going on. I know none of this would have happened with the Alvin location. Cody and his crew are amazing! Will only be using calliber if it is guaranteed to get fixed at alvin. It was a total nightmare dealing with the astrodome location!!!
