I had to call for updates. I would be transferred and no answer, I would leave messages and no call backs. I like email and would email my questions. I'd sometime get an email, sometime text, sometime phone call.

Since I had to drive from Fort Worth to Houston to pick up my car, I was asking for more details about how long the last processes were going to take, like how long it takes to recalibrate, so I could arrange work schedule to come pick up the car. I understand about having to wait for parts from overseas, I had more difficulty understanding why it took so long once the parts were all here.

The only suggestion is that everyone needs to be on the same page about after work inspection. The customer should be contacted in a timely manner to ensure the rental can be returned if that's the case.

Caliber did an amazing job on my repair. Super impressed on how it turned out and their whole process along with their customer service provided by Claudia in particular. She updated me every step of the way via email and was responsive to any questions I had.
