Very knowledgeable and respectful employees I didn’t encounter any problems. I feel like they went far and beyond their duty. A projected date was given to me. 12-20-21. And I picked up my vehicle as promised Mr Fernando is a exceptionally adjuster always kept me with updates, on my vehicle . It really look nice . A job well done by Caliber Collision Keep up the good work. I’m a very please customer. I will definitely refer anyone to Caliber Collision in need of repairs for their vehicle. My vehicle was in your shop during acquisition from autonation, following the acquisition I was told you didn’t have capacity to fix so lost 40 repai days! Moreover you would not accommodate my vehicle in one of your other facilities. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
