Krystan’s exceptional customer service during the process was truly remarkable. Upon completion of the initial paint job, the paint on my bumper did not match the rest of my car. Krystan promptly took possession of the car and negotiated with me to return to a rental vehicle, as I had already returned the one I had. Subsequently, I completed a survey expressing my dissatisfaction with the service. David promptly contacted me and I provided him with photographs of the bumper that was not fully installed. He promptly contacted Krystan, and they picked up my car and repaired the bumper. The repaired bumper was returned to me the same day to minimize any inconvenience. Krystan and David ensured that I was fully compensated for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent service from start to finish! They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, so I always knew what was happening with my car. They even completed the repairs earlier than expected and delivered my car right to my home, which was incredibly convenient. They truly make you feel like a VIP customer. The left front and left rear rims are not completely fixed

The completion date was postponed several times. I dropped off the vehicle on 5/22 and picked up the vehicle on 7/16. I understand the parts are delayed and can’t control by Caliber Collision but it is still very frustrating. Additionally, the repaired left front wheel was switched to right front position.
