Krystan Rodriguez was outstanding as my service representative. She was very conscientious about keeping me informed about where my car was in the repair process. Ms. Rodriguez made the car rental pickup & return seamless & made sure the rental was renewed for time needed. If I ever need another repair I’d hope to have her as my rep again.

I was happy with the customer support and patience. I do think that there’s an opportunity to improve communication on expected time of completion. There was too much padding on initial delivery date.

Great support from Krystan. The only opportunity would be to have better forecast on completion date. While it is nice to get car earlier than expected, I spent hours on planning given the initial delivery date and also thought about should have gone to a different shop
