Repair quality was good. I mean it is what it was supposed to be.

But customer service / estimator didn't meat the expectations . I would say inexperienced or unprofessional? It was my insurance network body shop, so I used Caliber, but won't recommend anyone.

Omar was a Terrible estimator. He was disrespectful, did not return calls r answer any questions. It is a good thing he is gone. Krystal, on the other hand called me & text me every week & did exactly what she said she would. This is about my 4th time using Calibur & I would definately will use them again

The work on the car is great and the communication was also very good however I couldn’t give a 10 as the completion date kept slipping which was highly inconvenient whilst trying to navigate the logistics and timing with a rental car (which ended up costing me out of pocket)
