The customer service was perfect especially from Kristyn the only complaints or concerns is my driver side. When I’m turning I’ll hear a rubbing sound coming from that area that was never heard before just curious if I can get that checked out when I’m back in Texas

The setup was frustrating because it took too much time to get the quote back to me and the processing of the deductible payment to order the parts. I did not receive a call back when I asked for it. After that it went smoothly.

The car wasn't sent to the repair shop for 1 week after it was dropped off. My dash cam was broken. The replacement provided is the smallest and cheapest available, not even comparable to what was damaged. Very disappointed.
