Your service agent (Dustin - I think) had a family emergency. I was so very impressed how everyone pitched in to take his load of work and allow him the time off!! I didn’t get that when my dad died. Showing empathy as a company to support this man! You will always have my business for showing your employees such support! I wish all companies would take note!
