The van looked better after the repair than when I bought it. I was informed daily about the status and also informed on how to find out any further information. Collin was amazing. The entire staff was amazing.

OMGGGG!! Krystan was amazing! Her communication made me feel like I was at the shop watching their every move! I received text messages (my choice). The insurance company was being rude but she took over. Again, her excellent communication! From start to finish I enjoyed and hopefully won’t have to return. The morning girl at the front desk is nice. But the evening shift on Friday was impatient and not kind. Colin was very nice and was correct about it being 2 weeks to repair. But that was a long wait unfortunately. He said he sped up our repair on the last day which is nice. Everything was fixed except our pre collision indicator which is very disappointing.

I appreciate Collin and David. First and foremost they continued to communicate with me in regard of the status of my vehicle I never had to contact them about my vehicle status. I was slightly skeptical in regard of the repairs due to my vehicle being a Mercedes and quite honestly my vehicle looks way better than what it initially looked like before my accident. I am thoroughly satisfied with the repairs and I’m quite shocked and thrilled on how fast the repairs were completed. I am very thankful for the service that I received, and I’m forever grateful!
