Communication was lacking. Was not told they were sending my car to another Caliber location to get worked on. Also was charged for the rental for a day because they didnt extend the rental agreement caused by getting car delivered late. Wish they would have told me they were sending to another location I didnt go by their reviews. I went with the Caliber reviews where I first dropped it off at.

Marquis kept me updated and moved the process along. The repairs to the body look good and the steering which was imparted by the accident appears to have been fully corrected. As I’m not a mechanic or knowledgeable about cars, while the car looks good and appears to be driving well, I cannot comment on the quality of the issues beyond that.
