when we arrived they did not know that we were there to drop off car. they thought we were there to get an estimate. we had to wait awhile for our assigned person because they were confused why we were there and we were just trying to drop off.

The only thing I did not like was the adjuster did not give me the estimate as I asked for it several times. I received it as I picked up my vehicle .
