The whole experience was very painless. That was our first time making a claim on insurance for repairs and we were alittle nervous. But having a Geico agent and rental om site made everything very convenient. Sam and Troy with Caliber answered all of our questions and made sure that we did a full walk around the car to go over all the work before we left.
