I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the thoroughness and professionalism of the Caliber team was remarkable. They really listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The whole set-up is designed with the customer in mind. As Caliber Collison is also a GEICO preferred shop, the insurance company's Claims Adjustor and Enterprise Rental Cars both have offices on the premises. Easy in; easy out. And in between, Sam, the Service Advisor, called with daily updates informing me of the process, the progress, and the estimated time of completion. The team at Caliber Collision gave my driving disaster a happy ending and restored my peace of mind. Thank you, Caliber!
