Excellent work, good communication and updates on status. Project delayed only a day or so as there was addition damage uncovered once the damaged parts were removed. Delay was fully justified and acceptable.

Second visit to Caliber Collision - just as good as the first. Had a repair 2 weeks ago. Service was great. Had another unrelated claim 2 weeks later with the same outstanding service. Constant updates and excellent communication. I recommend them highly.

The guys were awesome! The process between USAA and CC was easy and smooth. Wesley, David & Joe are true professionals at their jobs and went above and beyond to not only do a great job repairing my vehicle, but also doing it in only 4 days. The staff were pleasant,friendly and very efficient, they even offered to deliver my reoaired car during the weekend to ensure my satisfaction, I didn't accept their offer as i was out of town, but the fact that they went above and beyond impressed me
