I was expecting a good repair to the damage from the recent accident ... and a clean up from the previous "hit and run" parking lot scrape, but frankly, I was stunned by the view as we drove onto your property. Our only vehicle never looked better since the day we drove it home from the dealer! A closer inspection just confirmed that impression. We just bought a replacement owner's manual, so we can start over with our "new car" for 2017. We don't know how to thank you enough.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to the Caliber Collision located at 16915 Tomball Hwy in Houston Texas. David Lea who shepherded all the repairs and Catherine in the front office were both outstanding. David handled all of the work from assessing the actual repairs needed to the vehicle (as opposed to the insurance company assessment), dealing with the other drivers insurance company adjuster and appraiser, to arranging for the rental car to be delivered and picked up from their location. With all honesty, all I had to do was drop off my damaged vehicle and pick it up when it looked like new. Both David and Catherine exemplified what outstanding work and customer service means. They definitely have a 5 Star rating in my book. Sincerely Bruce Hill
