Best leadership driven and communication experience I have ever had with a body/paint shop. I’ve run businesses my entire career and don’t have any complaints. Only comment is sense of urgency could improve with front desk interaction as we are in there in an already negative mindset and annoyed at the situation as a whole that has brought us in. It was not bad at all but could be improved for an ultimate experience. Thanks guys!
