I was treated graciously by both Corinne and Jenn throughout the entire experience. They patiently answered every question and I always felt welcomed to call at any time. I was provided regular updates throughout the experience and Jenn worked directly with the insurance agent, as well as the rental car company for pick up once my car was ready. These two did a wonderful job of turning a very upsetting situation into a pleasurable customer experience. The repairs appear to be done very well also. Therefore overall a very positive experience.

I was reviewing my damage and was told it was a rock chipped and not not repaired. Extremely disappointed, I feel like I have more issues now before bringing it in. I am finding all kinds of scratches that were not there. There was a clear plastic tape on my car that was not there. Not happy at all.

From the initial contact to the pick up, the employees were so friendly and accommodating! We were kept in the loop the whole time our car was being repaired. The car looks great! Probably better since it looks like they cleaned every inch of the inside plus the outside of the car! Thanks!

My experience at Caliber Collision was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and assisted. The staff kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. They handled everything directly with my insurance company and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The staff even arranged for me to pick up my vehicle after hours to accommodate my schedule. The body work and paint matching were flawless and they even detailed the interior.
