It was really a stressful experience. First my dates kept changing, parts that I was told had been there for 2 weeks prior to being told they were “broken” the day before my first pickup date. I was never told my insurance didn’t cover a certain area until I picked the car up on the third change of the pickup date, belongings lost (which I should’ve just taken out the car) so that part half my fault. Day after I got my car back I had to go right back down there because the door lock came loose and wouldn’t work so I had to open the door from the outside (it was fixed quick though) also during me paying my dues I was accidentally charged 4k instead 1k which I only owed 1k luckily my card was locked! It was just a lot . I wouldn’t pick this place again.

I have some scratches on the inside of my new door and I still had big pieces of glass in my car. When I received my car it was dirty, I had to clean it when I got home.
