Customer service was excellent! Katy let me know what was going on with my vehicle the entire time that they had it. She sent updated texts on a regular basis, so I never had any questions, and I knew when my car would be done. I really appreciated that.

Excellent service from start to finish. The rep on the phone made setting an appointment easy and walked me through the repair process. When I dropped my car off everyone was friendly and professional. Darryl communicated every step of the way I was never wondering why was the status of my repair. My car looks brand new. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Refusal to review a mechanical issue that came up with the vehicle. Requiring me to go to another shop and deal with another cycle. Would have rather dealt with a one stop shop.
