The experience from the staff at Caliber were very helpful and easy to work with. However, I have concerns with a gap in my bumper that wasn't there prior to dropping off. Also, the paint is inconsistent with my factory paint, and damages that were caused by the accident were not covered which is most likely not a Caliber issue.

Monte went above and beyond to make sure I stayed updated on the status of the vehicle and made sure to fully explain the process and what all was done to the vehicle. If my car ever needs body work done in the future, I will be coming back to Monte.
