Very likely, we use Caliber nation wide. I have recommended Caliber multiple times. However, this experience will be the disclaimer I give after I make the recommendation. It'll go like this...: "They have always done a great job, but this one time when one of our guys had a deer go through a window, when we picked up the vehicle I could still see a slight dent in the door, there was glass all over the inside of the car, buffing compound powder on every surface, deer poop, hair and even a greasy hand print on the inside trim above the driver seat from the guy that replaced the front window."

The repair took alot longer than expected and their was fine glass all over the inside of the car. Also, there is a small trim piece missing on the inside handle of the door.

on December 12, I picked up my vehicle under the impression that everything was totally fine and fixed as expected and listed on the estimate sheet. on the week of December 16 through the 20th I have come to the realization that my door was never officially replaced as I expected it to be due to the fact that it was severely damaged. The door still makes a slight popping noise as well as I can feel the pop in the door when I open it. Instead of replacing the door, all that was done, was smoothing out a dent. Prior to the accident that I got in my door, never made a popping sound nor could you feel anything popping when opening the door. Therefore, when I got my vehicle back, I expected it to be a brand new door. In addition when I dropped off my vehicle, it had previous damage underneath the vehicle where the skid plate is located. It has always been damaged in the front of the skid plate near the bumper of the vehicle. There is now an additional flap not located near the front of the skid plate that is flapping/ dragging against the ground, as if it is missing a bolt that is supposed to be holding the flap up. unfortunately, these findings could not be found sooner due to the fact that I have not had time to fully inspect my vehicle until it was brought to my attention by my neighbors that my vehicle has been dragging on the bottom since I got it back and parked it outside of my home on December 12. i'm not sure why something is dragging underneath my car in the area in which it should not but I do know 100% for a fact that it wasn't scraping the ground and dragging when I dropped my car off.

Caliber was AMAZING. You never would have known there was any damage at all! Every swipe of paint is perfect; everything works perfectly; the attention to detail is second to none. They even scrubbed her from top to bottom! I'd give Beau, Ms. Mary, and the ENTIRE Caliber team 10000 Stars if I could!
